Salary: £240 – £276 per day
The 2nd Line Support Engineer is responsible for the resolution of IT support incidents and service requests. The 2nd Line Support Engineer performs other IT related tasks that contribute to an improved service to IT users.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITES:
– Solid knowledge of desktop environments Windows 10 and Office365
– Good SCCM knowledge would be an advantage
– Deployment experience isn’t essential but would be ideal
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communicator
– Flexible team player, comfortable in a legal sector environment
Contract Length – 3 Months
Location – Kettering
Inside IR35 Contract
