1st / 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers X 2 – Windows / Office

1st / 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers (x2) from a strong Windows and Office Support background currently required by my extremely well-respected South London based client.

I am currently looking for 2 experienced IT Support Specialists who ideally have experience of supporting technologies like;

• Microsoft Windows (predominantly 2007)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Outlook
• ideally some iOS or experience of Apple devices.

Any experience of SCCM or Microsoft Lync would be preferred but is not essential.

My client is looking for 2 Engineers that will normally be providing 1st Line Desktop Support to their multiple users, but will also get involved in providing 2nd Line Support at the users desk when required.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1-2 years IT Support experience within a Windows environment, and have a good strong technical understanding.

You must also have excellent communication skills.

In return for these excellent Microsoft Support skills and experience, my client is looking to reward the successful candidate with an excellent package. This is to include a basic salary of up to £29,000, excellent working hours (35 hr working week), a very generous Pension scheme, 30 days holiday as standard – and an excellent opportunity for career progression within a large and growing team.
