Deskside Support – 2nd Level
A leading professional services organization is looking for a Permanent 2nd level Desktop Support engineer to be based in Central London.
The role will include user support on a EMEA basis both via the Phone and Deskside. The client has an excellent reputation in its market and the role holder will be required to be comfortable supporting a wide range of users so first class communication and resolution skills are required.
The technical environment includes MS Office (2010-2016), Windows 7-10, VMware, Citrix, Exchange and AD.
