Salary: £26,000

Full time position – 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a Rota basis between 8am and 8pm

Location: Leeds City Centre

My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor working in their busy Customer Service team. This exciting opportunity is based in Leeds City Centre, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station working for a successful Financial Organization in new modern offices. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding company where they value their staff and support internal development. Candidates will be working within the Customer Service team within the contact centre and will be involved in the following duties on a daily basis as a Customer Service Advisor:

* First point of contact over the phone
* Process customer applications
* Deal with customer queries or problems
* Work towards individual and team targets
* Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
* Adhere to company guidelines and requirements.
