Customer Service Advisor. Cheadle £26,000 per year

This is a permanent position starting 23rd March
Monday – Friday need to be available 8am – 8pm
Working 1 in 6 Saturdays/ 1 in 6 Sundays

My client, a national, popular, financial services company, is offering an opportunity for a candidate to join their team on the inbound customer service team.
The purpose of the role is to provide first class, professional and diligent client care taking INBOUND calls to new customer looking to seek help with their debt.

Responsibilities for the role of Customer Service Advisor:
Responsibility for receipt, qualification, logging and administration of sales lead & enquiries.
The first point of contact for the company so you must be professional and extremely informative.
To work with colleagues to ensure that the workload of enquiries is balanced between all Advisors.
To provide an excellent customer experience to all contact centre customers as part of a high-performing team. This includes answering enquiries received via e-mail and telephone; providing administrative support for the team in delivering the service.

Skills and experience required for Customer Service Advisor role;
The ability to communicate clearly, positively and effectively both orally and in writing.
To display a positive and enthusiastic work ethic and style.
To build and develop long-term client relationships.
Ensuring all enquiries and duties are dealt with efficiently.
Previous experience required.
Experience of working within a team within a customer service environment.
Experience of working with a wide variety of customers.
IT literate.
Candidates must have a particular focus on providing outstanding customer service.

This role would suit candidates from the following geographic areas:
Manchester, Stretford, Cheadle, Stockport, Wythenshawe and surrounding areas
