Purosearch are working in conjunction with an established, highly successful dental practice in the infamous Harley Street in their search for a Head of Business.

As the Head of Business, the successful individual will be responsible for the development of the business to achieve its goals, taking overall responsibility for managing the practice team, and efficient day-to-day operation of the business.

This is a challenging role as the business is established and incredibly successful, however they are seeking a business professional to help develop their practice, with the same standards of experience and proven ability within their professional field.

The ideal Head of Business candidate will be an excellent communicator and target driven. You must have proven experience in getting results in a resourceful and diplomatic manner. You must be an experienced Business Manager with a successful track record of achieving demanding sales targets, managing change and developing a high performing team.
