The Assistant Manager role within this business is a key role to the success of the unit. You will be able to deliver sales Targets and develop the team through coaching. The site is large and will require you to be able to pick up maintenance. The Assistant manager will be able to deliver compliance and a strong audit report and drive sales.
The Assistant Manager should come from a retail sales environment having delivered targets through teams. The business has a strong background in coaching and puts a emphasis on developing it own teams. You will be able to talk through times you have leading teams to deliver change and high service levels.
