Our client is part of a small expanding pub company that has 5 sites in the Surrey and Berkshire area and looking to purchase more. There emphasis is on quality and taste and pride themselves by using the best seasonal locally soured ingredients and We are looking for a talented & passionate Assistant Manager for a brand new pub opening.

The Roll
This is a great opportunity for as Assistant Managers who possesses flair, style and an outgoing personality. As Assistant Manager you must have proven experience in a busy, progressive pub or gastro pub. Excellent spoken and written English are also essential.

Responsibilities will include:
* Day to day running of a food lead quality operation
* The training and development of your team
* Following and implementing financial processes and procedures
* Continuously working towards improving sales and service
