Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year

Hydrosave is a specialist pipeline inspection and water operations company; part of SSI Services (UK) Ltd, a division of South Staffordshire Plc, part owned by Mitsubishi. We employ skilled teams to use survey technologies for the inspection and testing of critical infrastructure and pipelines within the water and utilities sectors. Hydrosave is looking for hard working and enthusiastic employees who want to work in an environment that is both technical and performance focused.
We are delighted to announce our a new Leakage Detection Framework for Scottish Water, which brings with it an exciting opportunity an accomplished Area Manager in the Utilities sector to join us and work with our Leakage Team across Scotland, for which we now invite suitable applicants with the following but not limited attributes: ​​​​​​
Role and Person Spec for shortlisting
* Develop and engender H&S culture across the region
* Ensure staff are adequately trained to fulfil their duties
* Technical Ability –a robust knowledge of leakage detection methods and processes followed within the all work streams.
* Strong commercial focus – constantly consider cost and efficiency upon making decisions.
* Review monthly P&L monitoring spend profiles, risks & opportunities
* Responsible for monthly sales accruals and overall financial performance of their region.
* Liaise directly with the client to ensure that their needs are met and that a positive relationship is maintained to the highest standards.
* Identify and manage any business risks to ensure that performance is not compromised.
* Solid understanding of all leakage methods used, and processes followed within the all work streams.
* Excellent people manager
* Persuasive nature – ability to influence outcomes and others.
* Clear communication and presenting skills- to all participants of an organisation – both verbal and written.
* Driven and tenacious – performance manager
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Ability to assimilate unfamiliar information to identify trends and issues.
* Sound IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft packages would be an advantage.
* Full and valid driving Licence for UK
