The exciting opportunity of Area Sales Manager within the Health and Beauty industry covering London and the South will involve:
– Generating leads and innovative ways to recruit independent and self employed sales people.
– Train and motivate new team members
– Identify and target geographical areas of potential growth and implement strategies around growing these areas.
– Implement marketing and education strategies.
– Deliver regular presentations and events whilst representing the company in the designated area.
– Work with other Recruitment and Development Managers through the UK to share information and insight about this exciting business to the self employed team.

We are looking for an outstanding Area Sales Manager to join the team of this exciting Health and Beauty company in London and South who:
– Has demonstrable success in a target driven sales environment.
– Is outgoing, driven and passionate about direct selling.
– Has excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
– Is an organised, personable and approachable individual who has the ability to nurture and motivate a team.
– Is open to travel throughout the South of the UK.
– Can design and successfully implement a strategy to grow the footprint and profile of this exciting brand.
– Has strong negotiation skills and an understanding of P&L.
Our client is an exciting, dynamic and international Health and Beauty business who sell their amazing products through a direct selling model and self employed consultants.
Circa £36,000 Basic + Package
