Area Manager Contract Catering Education Sector-South London £22.500 Term Time Only!
Our client manages a large number of school feeding contracts throughout the UK and they are currently looking to recruit a support manager for an area in South West London.
This position will be offering support to the Operations Manager in the day to day catering service for a number of primary schools working Monday – Friday TERM TIME ONLY. 42 weeks
The client is looking for someone who has had the following experience:
*Supporting or managing the catering services for a number of individual schools. Multi site experience
*Experience of kitchen management to include stock control and food costing’s
*To maintain accurate accounting and review of P & L accounts to ensure KPI`s are met, and the ability to manage the team effectively.
*Staff management
This is a full time role, salary £27term time only!
