Freelance Project Manager – Leisure & Retail Refresh Programme

– 10 Month Duration 

Rate – £300 – £360 /shift

About the role

My client are looking for a PM to join their leisure division, and will be working alongside a team of 3 other PM’s to deliver a retail refresh programme for a convenience brand. You will need to be able to manage over 2 stores per week, every week from Feb-Oct. Programme length is normally one week and some stores may include weekend working, The refresh works will take place in trading stores. You will need to be able to scope, price/final account, prep H&S and manage contractors as well as manage the day to day relationship with the client side Manager. Ideally you need to be familiar with MS 365, SOR’s/Costing Docs and Site Delivery App’s such as Safe 365/I Auditor.

The projects are delivered nationally so need to be willing to travel but geographically they will try to kepp things as local as possible 

Essentials 

SMSTS

CSCS Gold, black or white card

Asbestos awareness (UKATA)

First Aid at Work

Valid UK Driving licence

At least 3+ years’ experience in shop fitting

Sound knowledge and use of Sage and Microsoft Office 365

Desirables 

Temporary Works Coordinator

PRINCE2 accredited

Degree or equivalent Management Qualification

Experience using I-Auditor

Experience using Site Audit Pro
