Project Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

Francesca’s Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Manager based near Alfreton. This is for a Key Working Company and a permanent role.

The Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organisation. Oversee all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.

Manager Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
• Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget, on time and within scope.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

Project Manager Skills Requited

• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Familiar with a water industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Location – Alfreton

Hours – Monday to Friday 8am -4pm or 9am – 5pm
