Temporary HR Manager

Salary: £168 – £204 per day

Dedicate Recruitment are seeking to appoint a temporary HR Manager for a 15 school Academy Trust with headquarters in Bognor Regis, located across Hampshire, Portsmouth and West Sussex.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the HR provision, providing senior leaders with quality advice and guidance on complex ER cases, policies and processes, good recruitment practice and supporting a central team of five staff. 

The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or above, who can bring relevant work experience in a HR generalist role, ideally from an educational setting, with a proven track record of delivering professional and quality HR provision. You will be a solutions focused team player, adaptable to respond to changing requirements, with an ethos to deliver a professional and high standard of service that drives continuous improvement.

Attention to detail, diplomacy and maintaining high professional standards will underline your passion for HR and the delivery of a positive employee experience. You will bring a solid understanding of current employment legislation, have strong organisational and communications skills and be confident presenting to a diverse range of people at all levels within the organisation. A collaborative team-based approach is essential.

Prior knowledge of HR systems (ideally Access People) and online tools for the effective manipulation of data for MI reporting is essential to identify and create efficiencies at both central office and school level.

This is a full time, on site role, with the potential to work one day from home.

Hours of work: 8.30am – 5.00pm Mon – Thurs, 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday.
