Salary: £36,000 – £45,600 per year
Leading business looking to hire a new Product Manager to join their dynamic team based in Kiddlington.
Responsibilities:
Will include but are not restricted to:
– To manage given sectors from the business product range. This will cover all aspects of product management, including; product selection, gap analysis; supplier review; and market research.
– To support new product development projects. This will include aspects of product development from the initial market investigation to training the business once the product has been launched.
– To support sales functions by providing market information in given sectors.
– To work with marcoms to develop marketing plans to increase sales in specific areas.
– Ensure that the business is fully trained and updated on all aspects of sector responsibility.
– Develop market knowledge of existing markets and search for potential new markets for the business.
– Review of success and failures of new product launched into the business catalogue, to ensure maximisation of profits.
Qualifications:

You should possess the following skills, qualifications and/or experience:
– Excellent communication skills and good educational background.
– Ability to negotiate and communicate successfully at all levels.
– Experienced in product management in a B2B environment.
– Strong analytical skills and an ability to learn quickly.
– Strong presentation skills at all levels.
– Language skills would be an advantage.
– Determined and enthusiastic attitude with sound commercial judgement.
– Natural leadership style.
– Desire to progress in a commercial organisation.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU. Documentary evidence will be requested at interview.
