Developing the city’s operational prospectus and key account management for developers, funders and investors.

Assembling funding with public and private sector partners for development projects for large scale volume house-building in the city.

To develop alternative delivery models that can maximise public, private and institutional financial resources for the city.

To develop local frameworks and deliver models for sites that will support local SME businesses and supply chains thus promoting local jobs.
