Established building company that specialise in high end bespoke residential property refurbishments and extensions around Gloucestershire and the Cotswold’s. 

Currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to manage 3-4 projects. 

Role profile 

• Forge excellent relationships with clients and architectural teams 
• Manage multiple projects 
• Experienced with traditional buildings 
• Occasionally meeting clients evenings and weekends
• Flexible with client and site meetings and working in the office 5 days per week. 
• Will suit local candidates within an easy reach of head office. 

Salary & package 

£66,000per annum 

Car allowance

Will consider candidates that are immediately available to start on a temporary to permanent basis.
