We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a forward-thinking, successful Construction Main Contractor based in the East Midlands with sites across the UK.
The Contractor specialises in New Build & Refurbishment projects, between £5m to £20million in value. Projects include Student Accommodation, Education, Industrial, Retail, Healthcare and many more exciting schemes.
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for simultaneously overseeing 2-3 schemes (depending on size and complexity) from inception to completion, ensuring works are completed on time and within budget. You will also be involved in the pre construction, tendering and set up of these schemes.
The ideal candidate will have;
* Construction Main Contractor background with a minimum of 5 years Contracts Management experience.
* A proven, successful track record in delivering multi-million Construction projects
* Extensive pre construction expereince
* Client facing and an excellent communicator
* Relationship builder
* Excellent man management skills
* Strong IT skills
