Deputy Asbestos Contracts Manager – South East

A highly successful asbestos company that provides various services to clients nationwide is currently seeking for a smart and focused Deputy Contracts Manager in the South East and would consider applications from Kent, London and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

Ideally, the applicant must come from a good educational, background and will be IT literate.

Will have a proven track record working within this role – contracts management and within the asbestos industry.

Key Role:

Managing and overseeing asbestos removals team – supervisors/contractors.

Assessing potential contracts, estimating and completing risk assessments.

Preparing method statements necessary for the work completed ASB5 notification.

Managing teams and organizing teams to complete contracts in a professional manner.

Attending meetings and developing and maintaining good relationships with clients from all levels.

Making recommendations in relation to improvements in client service and delivering good service to clients.

Producing monthly management reports using company procedures and within time frame.

Ensuring that the team carries out the work in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures and to high standards.

Assisting the Contracts Manager – visiting sites and dealing with issues appropriately.

Overall, the successful candidate will be commercially focused, astute, be well versed with the asbestos industry and have the drive and acumen to take the business to the next level.

Will have good communication, presentation and organizational and people manghement skills
