Managing Director

Opportunity for an experienced and inclusive director to join a fast growing Facilities Management company with turnover of £5m, committed to delivering a high quality standard of service to our clients based in Thames Valley, London and the surrounding areas. Responsible for the overall Company performance, the Managing Director will have full P&L responsibility. Working closely with all stakeholders you will join the business to provide the leadership required in technical strategy, sales pipeline, customer focus & quality and financial management.

The job will involve:
– Ultimate responsibility for the company’s direction and performance.
– To continually monitor the Company’s financial situation to achieve stated financial objectives, ensuring the business continues to grow profitably and delivers against its business plan. Full responsibility for the P&L reviews and budget control.
– Preparing Annual Reports summarising progress on short and long term plans throughout departments and own projects.
– Work with the existing team to grow the business through and with its people.

The Managing Director will need to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar position and have the ability to manage the development of the organisation so that it can maximise its future potential by adopting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
