HR & Training Coordinator– Norwich – Negotiable package
Our client is a leading supplier of engineering solutions around East Anglia. Leaders in their field they have an enviable reputation for service and reliability throughout the region. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced HR, Training and Quality person to join their Head Office Team in Norwich.
The successful candidate will have experience of operating across all three disciplines and will be comfortable with each one. The HR function is a single handed role – a cool head and CIPD qualifications are important. The company takes its training responsibilities very seriously and this is a key factor in their continued enviable reputation amongst its client base. The Coordinator will not be expected to deliver training courses themselves but will arrange manage and monitor training within the organisation. Naturally the company has achieved ISO 9001 and 14001certification and maintains excellent standards in Health and Safety. The company is committed to the principle of Continuous Quality Improvement and they aim to encourage this through training and quality control.
