Your new role As Head of Site Services & SHE, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering the strategy across facilities, sustainability, and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE). You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the site while ensuring a safe, compliant, and future-ready workplace. Key

responsibilities include: Strategic leadership – Define and deliver site services and workplace strategy aligned to both local and global objectives Compliance & governance – Ensure adherence to SHE regulations and maintain ISO standards (14001 & 45001), alongside robust business continuity and emergency planning Operations & maintenance – Oversee site infrastructure, including maintenance strategy, life cycle asset management, and performance KPIs Team leadership – Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder engagement – Build strong relationships internally and externally, putting customers and site users at the centre of decision-making Security oversight – Manage and enhance physical, personnel, and information security frameworks

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and strategic thinking: Strong background in facilities management, including HVAC, building systems, electrical and maintenance Proven

experience in SHE, sustainability, and compliance frameworks Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects, budgets, and vendor management

Experience building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making

skills Degree-qualified (or equivalent
