Part Time Inbound Customer Service Agents

A brilliant job opportunity for part time inbound call centre staff has become available with a number of vacancies for the right candidates for evening work. This well-established call centre is looking to expand its team, offering on-going temporary positions should you be successful. In this fast paced, growing environment you will need to possess previous customer service experience; while call centre experience is valued, it is not mandatory to be able to apply. You should be confident and well spoken, able to problem solve and use your own initiative and able to focus well on a schedule. A personable and enthusiastic individual will thrive in this environment.

The role entails taking inbound calls and taking orders over the phone and dealing with any customer service queries. There is the opportunity for up selling in the role however this is NOT a cold call role. You need to be available for the part time hours offering 5 to 6 shifts per week ranging Monday to Fridays 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm and Saturday and Sundays 3pm to 9pm.

The part time role will include at least one weekend shift. This is a fantastic job opportunity for people needing part time work.
