Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client based in Leeds City Centre is looking for a Client Service Executive to join their team.
The role is primarily responsible for the quality of program set-up to ensure flawless execution and graphic creation within specific deadlines. You would be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the graphics development process by being the liaison between the internal and external customers, and creative teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Works with Genpact in troubleshooting retail and supplier campaigns and other requests
* Key responsibility is to perform thorough quality checks, including pre and post-generations checks
* Work closely with Account Manager to compile program specifications
* Assist sales with live print coupons for presentations, as needed
* Execute late requests in support of organisation needs on behalf of supplier / retail sales
* Process special databases as needed for urgent client requests
* Perform a quick turnaround with high level of quality
* Administer changes to appropriately manage program in order to meet client objectives
* Demonstrate complete and thorough understanding of all products (award types, ADA,Prizes, etc.) and internal systems (3D, CCP, Spresso, Gemini, etc)
* Proofread all graphic material to detect and correct any errors
* Expedite proofs for review, revisions and approvals
* Monitor graphic submission documents are correctly submitted
* Assume additional departmental tasks, including running and checking reports and other duties as appropriate
* Serve as back up for Account Manager as necessary

Working hours are Monday – Thursday 08.30 – 17.30, and Friday 08.30 – 16.00
