Mitchell Adam is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work with a brand new client of ours based in the City Centre. Our client is a rapidly expanding international service provider with offices across the UK. They are looking for a confident Accounts Assistant who can facilitate the growth of the business as well as look towards a long term career in finance. This would suit a candidate experienced in working within an SME finance team and able to implement new processes and identify any queries.
Our client is a vastly growing company, within the last six months they have opened three new UK offices, as well as tripled their turnover. They are looking for an immediately available candidate to work on a temp to perm basis, with the idea of developing the company’s finance function as well as your own skill set, with realistic opportunities for quick career progression.
The candidate:

You must have at least one years experience in a similar role, including experience of journals, sales and purchase ledger, credit control, data input, and book keeping.

You will ideally have a lot of initiative – as this is a brand new position you will be expected to work largely unsupervised, and will need to put new processes in place and develop a new finance function.

You will ideally have excellent communication skills, and will be expected to deal directly with clients, suppliers and management.

You will ideally have experience of working in the finance team of an SME.
This is a temp to perm position, and you must be immediately available to be considered.
