Accounts Assistant
Are you dynamic? Are you driven? Do you have a few years accountancy experience? Are you interested in Sports? If so, Kentaro are looking for a new Accounts Assistant.
The Role
They are seeking a bright, dynamic and team oriented individual to support the Finance Manager and Assistant Finance Manager with the day-to-day financial control of Kentaro Ltd (£12M turnover business) and their 51% subsidiary, Sports Entertainment & Media Group Ltd.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:-
– Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
– Account reconciliations, including bank, intercompany accounts, credit cards, expenses
– Processing bank payments for authorisation
– Review and implementing new financial processes
– Assisting with ad hoc reporting and analysis
Skills (Essential)
– Strong communication with key stakeholders
– Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables)
– Experience with using Sage Line 50
Skills (Preferable)
– Experience using Navision accounting software
