JOB TITLE: Area Sales Manager – Playground Equipment

LOCATION: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Aberdeen

SALARY: £33,600 to £38,400 + Commission, Company Car

COMPANY / ROLE

Our Client is a well-established organisation within the playground equipment industry. The company is a family run organisation that has been manufacturing playground equipment for over 30 years. The company employ over 100 people and are still looking to expand. The company are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the whole of Scotland. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the playground industry, have several years in a structured sales process or be an energetic graduate with two years’ work experience with drive to make their mark. The ideal candidate will have had experience in selling to LA Leisure or Parks departments, Leisure Operators and Schools and will be and will be a self-motivated individual who will be able to work to targets of around £1 million a year.. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable growing organisation.

Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience

1.Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the playground Industry.

2.Sales experience – essential

3.Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the companies services.

4.To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit

5.Effective Communicator.

6.Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.

7. Computer literate.
