Customer Service Advidor

Salary: £28,200 per year

Our client specialises in Chemical Warehouse and Logistics Solutions and they are looking for a talented individual to join their small customer service team as a Customer Service Advisor. The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.

The basic salary will start at £28,200and you are eligible to earn an annual bonus taking your earning to £26,000 per year

Key responsibilities:

• Provide a high standard of excellent customer service to both internal and eternal customers
• Liaise with customers, transport, warehouse, sales and other departments
• Update and amend internal IT systems
• Process orders accurately ensuring cost effectiveness.
