One of the Northwest’s most successful waste management and recycling providers is looking to appoint a Customer Services Consultant to join its busy customer services team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who has a genuine interest in this type of work and wants to achieve results in an already successful business.

You will act as the primary contact for customers, dealing with order requests and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner (by telephone, electronically or face to face). Previous experience in a similar type of role within the waste management industry is essential.

Because of the nature of the business, flexibility in hours of work is dictated by the requirements of the job as the business operates from 07:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday and 07:00 to 13:00 Saturday. In order that the company’s customers are offered a comprehensive service, the Customer Services Department operates a shift system to cover the hours between 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays) and 08:00 – 13:00 Saturday mornings (this will generally be one Saturday out of every three).
