Customer Service Consultant – Financial Services

Due to a consistent in their pensions division my client, a major financial services institution, currently seek several talented Customer Service professional to join their busy team.

Your role will be to act as a focal point to clients and intermediaries ensuring that a consistently high standard of service is provided. Duties will include query and complaint resolution, dealing with clients in a courteous and professional fashion at all times, escalating complex queries and ensuring the “Treating Customers Fairly” principles are adhered to. You will be expected to manage and prioritise your daily workload whilst being able to adapt to changing demands.

Applicants must have experience from the Financial Services, Investment, Banking or Pensions industries and possess outstanding client service skills. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy whilst working in a demanding team.
