* Full time permanent role available with immediate start after the interview process *

* Core hours: Mon-Thurs 9.00 – 4.30pm, Fri 9.00 – 3.30pm with flexi lunch break 30 mins – up to 2 hours *

* Working hours are suitable for school run *

* After 3 months training period opportunity to working from home once a week *

The Company:

Our client is a dynamic international manufacturing company.

Main duties:

To support the European field based Sales team with Customer Services and Sales Administration.

The Role:

– To deal with enquiries and provide accurate quotations

– To process orders and track progress through to delivery

– To liaise with internal & external departments (Purchase Planning team)

– To update clients on progress of orders

– To generate new and repeat business and follow up on leads

– To develop/maintain relationships with key customers and ensure maximum customer satisfaction

– To coordinate necessary technical support through liaison with Engineering/Systems Engineering/Sales to ensure that customer queries on products are responded to quickly to maximize potential

– To coordinate all aspects of the department (Technical support, Marketing, Purchasing and Planning)

The Candidate:

– Fluent in French (Written & spoken)

– Previous experience in a similar role is Essential (Office administration, sales support, order processing, sales coordination, inside sales or B2B customer service)

– Computer literate (MS Office, knowledge of CRM would be an advantage)

– Excellent communication skills / confident telephone manners

– Sales/ Commercial acumen

– Able to time manage and prioritise

– Ideally car owner
