German Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Sussex Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for this exciting Customer Service Specialist position within an international Despatch Department.

As a fluent speaker of German and English you will converse with international customers and distributors in order to provide them with the best possible service and support.

You will be responsible for the following tasks;
– Handling all customer queries by telephone and email
– Allocating and processing orders
– Requesting payments for orders
– Invoicing and arranging deliveries of orders and returns
– Processing payments

As an organised and proactive person you will be able to prioritise in a busy working environment and use your own initiative to complete tasks to tight deadlines.

You must have good sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages and have fast and accurate data input skills.
