Connaught Education is a fast growing and ambitious independent recruitment consultancy which has established offices in the West Midlands and London.

We focus on state maintained, independent and international education, where we provide temporary and permanent staff across London and the South, and the Midlands.

Our London team focus on recruitment into independent, international and SEN schools, and are recognised as a leader across these areas.

The role of Managing Consultant requires either an individual who is working in a managerial capacity already or a senior consultant who is ready to take the next step in their career. Candidates will ideally have a proven track record in education recruitment, although exceptional candidates from other sectors will be considered. Whilst exceptions will be made for outstanding applicants, a minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience is expected.

Candidates will be energetic, articulate, results driven and will demonstrate an ability to lead teams.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a team of talented consultants as well as developing and running their own desk, growing our market presence. The role will take responsibility for three consultants initially with potential to grow the team significantly.

You will report into the Managing Director and will play a key part in the continued growth of Connaught Education.
