Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Specialising in the provision of Temporary, Interim, Contract and Permanent staffing across many sectors including Administration, Accountancy & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Fashion, Logistics & Textiles. 
 
Due to our continued growth we are seeking a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our expanding team, the successful candidate will be take ownership of a very warm desk with focus on delivery of recruitment solutions (temp and perm) to a network of key clients with long-standing relationships with the business
 
Salary; £30,000 – £36,000 + Monthly Bonuses (average monthly bonus in 2021 £1,100 pcm) 
Hybrid working (office based in Sale, M33 with onsite parking)
 
Key responsibilities will include;

Managing the end to end recruitment process including conducting interviews with candidates via Video chat, telephone and face to face
Resourcing for talent using various platforms including Reed, Indeed, Total Jobs & LinkedIn
Use of candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy
Promoting and maintaining a good working team environment
Visiting clients to build solid, long standing relationships, developed a good understanding of client’s industry, culture and environment
Reviewing applications, managing interviews, online testing and creating shortlists of candidates for clients
Briefing candidates of role requirements and screening suitability against client vacancy matrix
Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
Organising interviews and providing candidates with feedback
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalized arrangements between client and candidates
Offering advice to both clients and candidates on salaries, training and career progression
Working towards and exceed targets and KPI’s
