Due to expansion, Quality Start are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our small team in Leeds not far from the City Centre.

Quality Start are global recruitment consultants and headhunters specialising mainly within the scientific manufacturing industry. We are now looking to recruit an additional consultant where you will help resource positions which will then lead on to you specializing within your own industry and niche sector.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Resourcing and screening candidates.
• Advertising jobs.
• Sourcing new jobs.
• Sourcing new clients.
• Competitor and industry analysis.
• General office admin duties.

This is a full time permanent job opportunity with a starting salary of £26,000per year with subsequent annual pay rise dependent on individual performance.

The commission structure is uncapped – you are rewarded directly for the gross profit you bring in. There is no minimum threshold – you earn commission from the first pound. The bigger the profit you bring in, the bigger the percentage you get. You can expect to be doubling your salary by the end of the first year and see it steadily increase from there in the coming years.

• Degree qualified.
• IT literate.
• 1 year minimum previous experience of working in a target-driven sales role.
• Have good communication skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm and passion to succeed.
