Salary: £36,000 – £60,000 per year

Cloud Support Analyst – Permanent – Hybrid – £36,000 – £60,000 per annum

Currently looking for an Cloud Support Analyst to work on behalf of an innovative and fast-growing IT Solutions/Cyber Security company working on some unique projects across the UK.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Azure cloud / Azure AD

  • Experience with PowerShell

  • Office 365 – Exchange online support, SharePoint online support

  • Windows desktop support

  • Android / IOS Support

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of equivalent experience and knowledge

Main Duties:

  • Provide analysis and trending of security log data and network traffic from monitoring points

  • Support multiple Customer environnements concurrently

  • To be a key member of the COT (Cloud Operations Team) and provide response and resolution
