This role would suit someone who loves working as part of a small IT support team just focusing on one network. 

This brilliant opportunity will include both onsite and remote support and will allow you to exercise a wide range of skills supporting a variety of technologies. 

You will be based onsite at the client premises to be hand on to react quickly should any issues arise. The client offers a nice working environment with great facilities including onsite free parking, canteen and dedicated IT support suite. If you have previously worked in Education or like the idea of supporting lots of users in this industry then this role could be for you.

Full training will be provided on key systems during the induction so if you only have a few years of experience working in IT this could be a good progressive step in your career.

The 1st – 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will have experience in the following areas:

For this IT Support role, you will need excellent customer service skills, be well organized, and ideally familiar with the following technologies:

• Experience supporting small-medium size businesses, colleges, and Schools
• Windows Server Administration
• Office 365 including Exchange, SharePoint & Teams
• LAN / TCPIP / DHCP / DNS / Firewalls / VPN’s / WiFi
• Printers
• Mobile phones, Tablets., iPads
• Windows 10/11 & MS Office range
• Good knowledge of computer hardware
