Salary: £48,000+ package 

A leading Construction company based in Surrey & Central London are currently looking to recruit a Document Controller. The role will be office based, with occasional site visits when required.

Brief Job Description: 

• Tenders
  
  • Creating packages of documents for issuing to tendering sub-contractors
  • Review tender information and identify missing documents and/or conflicting information
  • Managing incoming tender information
  • Drawings
    
    • Managing incoming drawings
    • Managing drawings created internally
    • Maintaining the master drawing register
    • Maintain accurate version control
    • Issuing drawings/updated drawings to sub-contractors

  • RFIs (request for information)
    
    • Managing incoming requests for RFIs from PDL site team
    • Formatting, checking and issuing RFIs to client team
    • Managing RFI responses from client team & distributing as required internally
    • Maintaining an up to date RFI register
    • Managing incoming RFIs from sub-contractors
    • Ensuring RFIs from sub-contractors are concluded in a timely manner

  • CVIs (confirmation of verbal instruction)
    
    • Managing incoming requests for CVIs from PDL site team
    • Formatting, checking and issuing CVIs to client team
    • Maintaining an up to date CVI register

  • Submittals/ Transmittal
  • Contractor Reports
  • Mass document transfer
    
    • Manage Wetransfer and OneDrive Links

  • Matterport
    
    • Manage the Matterport Portal
    • Ensure links to new scans are correctly filed
    • Archive old scans as needed
