Salary: £120 per hour
I am currently working with a Tier 1 Major Projects main contractor delivering. They are known for their collaborative approach and maintaining a shared focus on their clients’ goals. There global workforce shares knowledge and applies international best practise across all projects from £100m to £1bn, generally in central London. Sectors include tall tower commercial and high end residential.
The M&E team is 100 staff strong in total across circa 12 live projects. They are looking to grow by adding a specialist M&E Document Controller to the team. The initial task will be helping them close out information on a £120m M&E package in London, but this will also be sharing best practise across the sites.
You will have a strong knowledge of Aconex and will have worked long term with a building services contractor on projects with high values or heavy documentation. If you or anyone you know has overseen major M+E packages please get in touch with me.
