Salary: £28,800 – £33,600 per year

As Document Controller you will manage all elements of the end-to-end document control and review process on behalf of the Baggage Operational Assurance team. In this role you will:
•manage the receipt and processing of project documentation into the document management system
•support the lead reviewers in the allocation of task owners for received documentation
•produce document response sheets and issue these into the document management system (Documentum)
•support with the production of documentation for the monthly Baggage Approvals Board
•manage the documentation folder structure within the document management system
•act as Documentum champion; providing support as required
•manage SharePoint amendments and housekeeping to ensure that the system is in good order
•monitor the document review process deadlines and support the lead reviewer in ensuring that all reviews are completed
We are looking for someone with knowledge of document management systems and processes; who has worked as part of a project team in a document management capacity, and who has experience of processing and managing high volumes of documentation. Team work is important as is your ability to work independently.

If you do not have the Security Clearance required for a particular role you may not be able to start your employment until clearance has been obtained. In certain roles, you will need to satisfy requirements in order to gain an Airside Pass. To secure an Airside Pass, you will be required to provide full referencing for the last five years; accounting for any gaps in employment for 28 days or longer. You may also need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (previously CRB checks).
