We are supporting a leading not for profit client in Warrington looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team as a Senior HR Advisor for 12 months.

Responsibilities as a Senior HR Advisor:

• Responsible for providing advice, guidance and coaching to managers on grievance, disciplinary, and capability issues.
• Supporting with serious and complex ER cases.
• Provide advice and support managers on the management of absence.
• Provide HR Support.
• the HR Business Partner with complex work streams (Change management, TUPE and redundancy).
• Support the Head of HR with People related projects.
• Support with Recruitment across the business.

Essential requirements:

• Previously worked as a HR Advisor
• Strong employee relations experience would be beneficial
• CIPD qualification
