Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead (Outside Ir35)

Salary: £420 – £480 per day

An existing client to Sphere Solutions, are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead with immediate effect. 

Whilst working in this role you will head up or be part of a Commercial team, delivering a new build project in Bristol. This is a mid-rise Residential scheme that compromises of 140 New Build, Refurbishment, Commercial and RC Frame properties, with a project value of £28M. 

You will have support in the form of an existing Commercial team, that consist of additional Surveyors, Assistants and Commercial Directors.

My client are a Regional Main Contractor, who specialise in multiple sectors across the UK. They are an organisation experiencing fast and sizeable growth, with a loyal client base and busy order book. 

The ideal candidate for the role will have a strong background in main contracting, as well as a proven track history across developments in excess of £15M – £20M. Good knowledge and experience within relevant sectors / areas to the above, would be of benefit.
