We are seeking an experienced, international Multilingual Customer Operations Executive to support the delivery of critically needed medicines, within a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Role Description:

-Order processing within a pharmaceutical / medicine related role
-Delivering outstanding client services, programme operations and order processing services
-Coordinating patients` access to difficult to access medicines using all relevant SOPs
-Providing operational support to the team; monitoring and distributing workload
-Producing reports and providing order administration follow-up
-Ensuring optimal response times for order processing and customer enquiry management
-Achieving client satisfaction standards
-Adhering to regulatory procedures, compliance guidelines and quality standards

Person Specification:

-Business fluency in any commonly used international business language, for example; Mandarin, Russian, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic, Spanish, Dutch, Flemish, Polish, Italian…
-Excellent business English, both written and spoken
-Strong B2B customer service background essential
-Excellent administrative experience, outstanding organisational and planning abilities
-Project Coordination skills
-Experience of working within a regulated industry: ideally healthcare / medicine / pharmaceutical
-Strong focus on detail and accuracy
-Proven relationship building skills, both internally and externally
