* Support Worker
* Full Time – 39 hours per week
* Rainham, Kent
* Salary: £26,000per year pro rata – (this is broken down as £26,000 per year an additional £1800 complexity enhancement per annum which is paid on completion of the probation & an assessment)
* Shift patterns – 7am-2:15pm, 2pm-9:15pm and occasional waking nights 9pm-7:15am.
* Driver and willingness to drive the service vehicle is essential
This role is based in a service in Rainham, Medway (Kent);
* will be supporting a very active and outgoing individual with learning disabilities, Pica and behaviours that challenge
* work in a team of 8 staff
* work on a 2-1 basis
* will communicate using sign along (all staff members receive training)
* will ensure you have high standard when completing finance and service specific documents
* provide aspects of personal care
* will take on a positive person centred approach and work with the team to maintain the high standard
* will be having fun! The individual enjoys swimming, long walks, running, cycling, music, meals out, theme parks, pub visits and much more!
