Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Go Resource are currently looking to recruit Trainee Recruitment Consultants for our HQ based in Maidstone.

The role will require you to carry out the following on a daily basis working 5 days out of 7 per week Monday – Friday

– You will be required to source and register candidates for work on a daily basis
– Manage the daily order for staff as per you client requests
– You will be required to book the temporary staff for work on a daily basis and confirm their attendance
– Carry out weekly candidate registrations to build your availability pool of staff and attend client sites for check in
– Candidate File Audit and Compliance
– Induction Training for all new starters at Client locations in Kent
– Work alongside the client ensuring the temporary staff we supply are productive
– Complete market research to source new business opportunities

Suitable candidates must have the ability to work in a pressurised environment. If you believe you have the skills and ability to communicate at all levels and are client focused then we would like to hear from you as this is a new role that we are looking to fill.

The role will require you to be PC literate with Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills with attention to detail with key focus on accuracy and deliver of the same then we would like to hear from you. This role would suit a candidate that can multi task and manage their time effectively on a daily basis
