Trainee Recruitment Consultant
As a specialist recruitment agency we are always looking for new business opportunities. We want to expand our current team, and now is the right time to do that. We have one more section we want to develop further this year, so are now looking for the right person to start as soon as possible.
Recruitment is about many things, it is sales based so needs drive, resilience and enthusiasm. However, it is also about building long term relationships so needs strong credibility and interpersonal skills, both on the phone, and in person. You are in effect running a small business so need to have a good eye for marketing, business strategy and attention to detail. This opportunity could suit a recent Graduate with some work experience, or an entrepreneur who can demonstrate success in a relevant business industry.
In return we offer a nine month training programme split between modules, coaching and continual development meetings. We also offer a professional qualification, the CertRP, which is recognised within the industry. We operate as a meritocracy so only promote from within, and as we hope to open an additional branch career opportunities will arise.
Whilst office based in Forfar there will be meetings with Candidates and Clients, so a drivers’ licence is essential, however, a company car will be provided when needed.
