As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be working on:

– Resourcing the highest calibre candidates that meet the client`s specific requirements
– Attending client meetings
– Building and marinating both client and candidate relationships
– Attracting the right kind of candidates through networking, LinkedIn and advertisement
– Interview preparation and guidance for the candidates
– Liaise with clients and candidates regularly to maintain strong relationships
– To work by the values of the business
– Constantly develop your knowledge of the specific sector

Do you meet the following criteria?

– On track or have a minimum 2:1 degree ideally from a top university
– Excellent telephone manner
– Articulate with strong communication skills
– Able to build rapport and pick out key strengths of others quickly
– Able to develop strong working relationships
– Some target based or office experience is highly desirable
– Ambitious, competitive and/or money motivated
– Have a good explanation as to why this is the right career choice for you
