Recruitment Branch Manager

Salary: £33,600 – £42,000 per year

We are an ambitious company and due to expansion we are now looking for a recruitment branch manager to establish and run a BRAND NEW office in Sheffield. Our supply and recruitment business specialises is education and has been steadily building a reputation for outstanding service and transparency with our clients, and we are looking to implement these same values in our new office.

If you are currently in a senior role, or have relatable management and sales experience then this role could be for you. We have a market leading induction and a genuinely supportive senior leadership team to guide you through the process of setting up and establishing your team in the sector.

As a billing branch manager you will be responsible for building new relationships with clients, as well establishing and supporting a new team of consultants in order to grow the business in a new territory.

The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, but this doesn’t need to be specific to education. Someone with experience as a billing consultant is desirable also.

We are looking for a driven individual with clear ideas on how they would like to run and develop a team, and an ability to be part of and develop the right culture in a new branch.
