Recruitment Manager

Salary: £30,000 per year

This exciting hands-on role is to support Intro Personnel’s continued business growth. You will be actively involved in the successful placement of candidates into our wide range of vacancies as well as leading and supporting a small office team.

THE ROLE

* Working closely with the company directors to support a busy recruitment office

* Line Management of a small recruitment team to deliver continued high levels of excellence within candidate resourcing, social media marketing and office administration

* Building strong relationships with candidates, gaining an insight into their requirements

* Overseeing advertising and job posting, ensuring all vacancies reflect requirements using industry led approach to maximise applications

* Management of recruitment processes, including candidate search/ selection and interviewing

* Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and working together with the Directors to implement accordingly

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Previous experience of working within a recruitment related role with clear knowledge of how recruitment processes work

* Team leading (or similar) experience with the ability to manage and influence a small team

* Knowledge of how to analyse data to drive decisions

* Competent user of IT systems to include Microsoft Excel
