Job Introduction

To lead and drive the success of your own Branch, your leadership will ensure that our customers have a great experience and the outcome that is right for them. You will lead, recruit, develop and motivate your team and the leaders of the other Branches for which you have responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop your Branch team(s) to maximise potential

Focus on Quality of service, identify potential customer needs and provide them with the correct information to help them make an informed decision or refer to the appropriate person to achieve the right customer outcome

Ensure all your Branch team(s) and individuals understand what is expected of them, and have objectives against which performance is continually reviewed

Ensure your Branch team(s) provide quality customer service, maintain accuracy and follow all appropriate processes and procedures at all times

Develop and manage resource plans for your Branch including effective selection and on boarding of new employees)

Develop effective relationships with the local community to raise the profile of the branch
