Adecco are so proud to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of an amazing client, based in Chester City Centre.
You will be responsible communicating regularly with customers, putting them at the heart of everything they do.
Salary: up to £22,000
Location: Chester
Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Calling customers each week, with the aim to sell products and up-sell where possible.
- Handling incoming queries via phone and digitally, ensuring to provide friendly, professional, and supportive service.
Key skills and requirements:
- Warm and engaging persona, and able to build rapport with customers.
- Must have office-based experience, answering phones.
- Great time-keeping and multi-tasking skills.
